    Xbox Gamepass games dont start


    I downloaded ZUMA And PEGGLE using my Xbox Gamepass Ultimate and they do not play and when i start them i get a massage saying that they are disconnected from Xbox Live.

    Does any one know why?

    Zuma and Peggle are a part of the EA Access subscription service not Game Pass, perhaps see if your EA subscription is still valid if you have one?

    G'day Giaccommander! Sorry to hear about the issues when trying to play your games. That's definitely no fun. Are they all downloaded from the Marketplace (digital) or were they installed from discs? If they're disc based, make sure the correct disc is in
    the drive when you launch the game.

    Another thing you can try is to remove your profile from the console and then re-download it.

    Let us know how that goes!
