    hi, i recently bought the xbox game pass and went to redeem my awards (6 months spotify premium, 3 months discord nitro and 1 month EA access)

    im getting an error called "sorry, youre not eligible for this offer. there may be an issue with your subscription or your market may not be supported.

    my market/location is in the United States, and this is my first time buying xbox game pass

    I’ve recently purchased Xbox Gamepass for console, when I try to upgrade it to Gamepass ultimate it shows an error. I’ve done this on both the website (my profile subscription page) and the Xbox subscription thing on the Xbox’s settings app, neither work.

    error code 0xa3ea0066

    You oddly have to have the EA app open to fix it. The gamepass app then sends you over to the EA app. The games will then show up in gamepass as downloading.

    This is an EA error for a login error
