    Hello,

    I was having issues with this all night last night and tried everything i could think of to get this working.

    I even completely reformatted my SSD ( i was going to anyway no big deal) and re-install windows 10 ver. 2004. I scanned and installed all updates, using the windows update tool. updated all drivers. no matter what i do i always get this 0x80190194 error
    when trying to install the xbox (beta). I tried clearing the windows store app cache wsreset.exe.

    Have been looking all over the web for a solution and haven't found one. I have seen a lot of other people with this issue. Im guessing there is nothing support can do, im just letting you know there is an issue so maybe it can get fixed in the future.

    So I got an answer from another post...all I had to do was update my timezone/country/region/language and hit save in my Microsoft account.

    out of all that I went through, haha how dumb is that. I hope this helps somebody else. it worked for me.

    I reinstalled Windows because the xbox app was giving me an error when trying to install a game. NOW I'm getting the same issue as above.
