Öncelikle merhaba,ben 3 ay önce 5.90tl 3 aylık olarak gamepass aboneliği aldım pc üzerinden.1 ay önce ise xbox konsol satın aldım ve yanından çıkan sanırım 24 günlüktü gamepass deneme sürümünü aktif ettim.Aboneliğim dün bitiyordu ve bunu unuttum bugün ise
iptal edip live gold alıcaktım fakat birde ne göreyim iptal etmek için 134tl istiyor evet 134tl sadece 1 gün iptal etmeyi unuttum.Bunu ben ödemek istemiyorum kullanmadığım birşeyi neden ödeyeyim lütfen aboneliği iptal etmenizi istiyorum.Bana otomatik mesaj
olarakta lütfen iptal etme yolunu kopyala yapıştır yapmayın iptal butonu yok.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand have issue with gamepass subscription. What has happened is since the month is over the subscription has renewed for the 3 months at original price. You would be best to request a call from support as
they will be able to look at the account with you.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

It also gives reasons and what to do if you're unable to cancel.

error code that appears when you try to cancel the subscription? We have a support article that has some examples of

what can hinder you from cancelling your subscription. It also explains how to resolve the issues. Be sure to let us know the results

You purchased gamepass and then canceled your Xbox live. Now you want to cancel gamepass so then when the subscription times run out you will no londer have either gamepass or live. You canceled both.

I do not see any store refunding you for a subscription you bought, activated then canceled.
