Xbox Gamebar Status Not showing Game Currently Playing

How come some games that I play on Steam show my Status in the Xbox Game Bar "Currently Playing Soul Calibur 6 PC"

but other games it just shows me as "Online". It doesn't show when I am playing Power Rangers Battle For The Grid but a bunch of other games it works.

Xbox Game Bar works on Origin when I'm playing Anthem as well.

So not sure why it doesn't work for all games.

Would be nice if it worked for all games showing our "Currently Playing" status.

Anyway, seems like the issue is on Microsoft side, I'm slowly getting feedback from friends and other people that they started having the same issue over the last week.

If games aren't being recognized by Xbox Game Bar, you can add it to the games list. To do so, you'll only need to launch the game, and then
open Game Bar (Win + G), open Settings > and tick
"Remember this is a game".

Is it possible to escalate this issue ? There is more and more people every day having the same issue, it's been already month and it's still not fixed.

Seems like a bug, but we'll see. Hopefully they find out soon

I tested it here and the same is happening. I can't say if it was something on purpose to work only with games from the Microsoft Store or some bug.
