Xbox gamebar screenshot crushing windows

I was already extremely disappointed that they toxically got rid of the option to hide screenshot notifications, and now, a smooth-running game sometimes lags whenever I screenshot, sometimes taking a screenshot results in the game freezing then lagging badly until I reboot the game or Windows, at worst, it straight up crushes the entire pc.
I'm not hoping for any real solution. I just want to know the last version of the game bar before they got rid of the option to hide notifications, with download if possible.

A gaming app that lags and crushes game/pc is simply nonsense and insufferable.

check windows store for gamebar update, if not then uninstall gamebar and re install.

yeah it's the same with me, 300 down 50 up on an average day, latest version of gamebar and windows 11 23H3, latest version of Xbox app with no corrupt drivers, hard drives, my audio device and headset are working just fine on literally any other platform except gamebar/Xbox app. maybe it's a botched windows update that broke the software in gamebar?
