Xbox Gamebar recordings have a horrible 'buzzing' sound.

Hiya, whenever I use the recording features of Xbox Game Bar within games, a loud buzzing sound is recorded. This doesn't occur with non-Steam games, as far as I know. I've seen other threads from users having similar issues, but the suggested fixes haven't been much help.

I've attempted;
- Using the 'Repair' and 'Reset' options on Xbox Game Bar in advanced app settings.
- Re-Registering Xbox Game Bar.
- Switching the default microphone between 16/32-bit formats.
- Verifying that Windows and my drivers are up to date.
- Disabling all audio input devices.
And, restarting my device every time I've attempted one of these fixes. The buzzing sound still appears in all captures. I don't know what else to try besides using a fresh Windows install, and I'd like to avoid that if at all possible. Thank you for the help.

I disabled the "Device Default Effects" audio enhancement, and that fixed the issue. Apologies for placing this post in the wrong topic, and thanks for helping!

thats why i use obs to record, gamebar can record all output sound or game and mic, mic is not an output sound only input. it is pretty much usless for that.

plus obs is a damn site better.
