Xbox gamebar record last 30 seconds feature audio recording problems

for some reason whenever i use the 30 seconds feature, it records both mic and background audio, but the background audio stays much quieter than the microphone audio, no matter what i do the background audio just refuses to go any louder

Oh really? It can't go higher than 48000? Might be it the issue mate, in order for you to add some quality to it, it would be needed a little bit higher Hz's. :/

So, this is happening on PC right?

Go go to little audio icon, right click on it > Sounds > Recording > Right click on your mic > Properties > Advanced > Change the first option to "2 Channel, 16 bits, 192000 Hz (Studio quality)"

sorry, i just realised that i managed to word "system audio" wrong, yeah problem isnt with my mic, its just that system audio is very quiet and doesnt want to go any higher in the captures
