Xbox game says installation stoped

My name is Ezequiel I'm an Independent Consultant. It is quite strange that this error is happening because this game is very light. This is that cat game I love this game ^^ , I will give you a procedure for you to do on your console.
From the Home screen, select My Games & Apps.
Highlight the game or application, then press the  Menu button on your controller.
Select Uninstall > Uninstall All.
Press and hold the  Xbox button on your Xbox One controller.
Click Restart Console.
Click Restart.
After restarting, download the game or application and try to launch it.
Press and hold the power button on the front of your Xbox for 10 seconds until it completely shuts down.
Unplug the power cord. Wait 10 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord and press the Xbox  button to turn the Xbox back on.
Press the Xbox  button on the controller to open the panel.
Click Profile & System > Settings > Account > Remove Accounts.
Select your account and select Remove.
Press the Xbox ã button on the controller to open the dashboard and select Add New under Profile and System.
Enter your Microsoft account email, then select Enter.
Enter your Microsoft account password and select Enter.
Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement and select I Agree.
As a last resort, reset your console to factory defaults:
Press the Xbox  button on the controller to open the panel.
Click Profile & System > Settings > System > Console Information > Reset Console.
Select Reset and keep my games and apps. This will reset the operating system and delete all possibly corrupted data without deleting games or apps.

Yeah it’s not installing I had to uninstall it then went to reinstall the game and just keeped saying installinion stoped and when I gone on the store there is 2 vanguard games one says buy the game then next to it mange install or something

I'm having the same problem and I just bought titanfall and the update won't install it just says that its qued then shows a little installation then installation stoped .

after installing it again i tried to go to the "services.msc" but now i there is only one gaming services and not 2 anymore and still stoping and restarding does nothing, xbox app does not work if gaming service is installed

Hi, it's saying installation stopped and mentioning something about Xbox live connection stoping but when I check I'm still connected. it's getting a bit frustrating now because the downloads are stopping and starting and then going back down to 0%. Thanks.
