Xbox game question

He got the game code as a gift but it was for an Xbox x{s and he got a Xbox One S for his bday. So when he redeemed the code it said he couldn't play the game because it wasn't compatible with his system. The game was the newest Madden football game.

If console then ultimate for multiplayrr keep in mind you need a payment option on file either way

Gamepass only gives you access to singleplayrr games

And multiplayer but you need core or ultimate to play multiplayrr

I take it this is a PC question and not an Xbox question?

If it is an Xbox question this is the first time I have heard of a game not going full screen.
