    Xbox game quest ineligibility


    Hey, so Ive been doing Xbox quests for months now and I just saw that there is a way to see your progress in completing these quests. I went to check it out because I was always unsure if Xbox was really monitoring my progress. When I got to the page it
    just told me that I was not eligible for the Xbox quests. This is kinda frustrating because I've been completely the tasks since last October and I don't understand why. I'm an Xbox live gold member and I'm over 18. Is there any way to fix this?

    This Issue has been resolved and the website doesn't say I am ineligible anymore.

    The proper teams are not looking into this issue and should be coming up with a solution soon.

    Rest assured that this info was well tracked before the page existed and is still being tracked even though the site is not working properly and you will still be able to complete those Quests.

    Let us know if you see a change in the near future!

    I saw what looked like new Quests pop up somewhere on my console dashboard (there were things I had never seen before) but when I clicked on them I got an error. Haven't seen anything officially for December yet and haven't seen what I saw since.

    To be sure you are also seeing this when signed in on Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge?

    Could you send us a photo of the full error screen on a Windows 10 PC as well so we can see the reference number?
