Xbox game problem not working with multiple systems

Have gone through this issue or 2 different Xboxs now of call of duty back ops cold War will not work I Uninstall an re downloaded witch takes a long time 3 times now and the game will still not work I played it for days and now won't work at all I can't
seem to fix it just get a error code that I can not find in the list that is given to get anywhere if there's any help.i could get or a refund on the game witch sadly would suck cause I like the game but not worth the go threw so much over it

I had been using the R7000 behind my ISPs gateway for years and recently switched to an Eero mesh system. No problems with NAT with multiple Xbox systems in the house and everything appears to be working great.

Uninstalling the game does not solve what seems to be systemic problem of installs not working properly. Unistalling and reinstalling a game multiple times every time I want to play it is not an acceptable solution.

Still have this problem with the game after multiple replacement consoles - I don't know why I can't get a console that works! I have multiple other friends that have this game and have never had this issue, even to this day.

I'm getting really frustrated with this system...

Where do you clear the cache first of all and why would that have any thing to do with the controller not working when a game launches... Controller input is not stored in the system cache.

I have been experiencing this problems for a few days now. Last night when I was playing CoD AW with friends my controller stopped working in the game only. Menus and Xbox home it worked fine. As soon as I would join a game it would stop. It happens on multiple
controllers and is very frustrating.

Someone from Xbox needs to respond to this as it is an obvious bug or problem with the system.
