    Xbox Game Preview crashes upon launch after login (Android)


    So i'm new to the android version of the app, but it 100% crashes after i launch it. It'll show the main menu (with the games i can select) I am able to sign in fine with no issues but after that it just wont go any further.



    Im using a Amazon Fire 7 (yes i have installed the google stuff to allow the app store to work etc)



    Anyone have a similar issue or know of a fix? it would be greatly appreciated

    Having the same issue myself.

    Xbox app on iOS 12.2 (iPhone XS), crashes upon the Microsoft account login screen. Have submitted the crash report, so fingers crossed..!

    There is a problem with some games. I have talked to several people through responder about this problem. It seems to be an error on Microsoft's end.

    Hi there,

    just to be sure, are the games installed on the internal storage device or an external storage device?

    If they are installed on an external storage device, please try and see what happens if the game is installed on the internal storage device and the external storage device is disconnected.

    I have this issue but i think its because im using external drive with lots installed i find on starting xbox if i give it a few minutes to boot up and read drive i have less issues
