    XBOX Game Points Reqards


    Hi

    Sorry about this but I have a few questions.

    1) XBOX Game Pass £10.99 month - I have no idea what this is for or if my son really needs it?

    2) XBOX Live is this mainly for online playing?

    3) On screen it shows G980 - are these points where I can use to purchase VBUCKS or Microsoft Reward Card?

    4) Earning Rewards I can see that my son has 131 points but I can not understand how he has managed to get these?

    5) Last question sorry - is there any other way of earning points or rewards to purchase gift cards?

    Sorry for all the questions, this is not my thing.

    How to fix achievements not showing up on profile as well as friends’ profiles

    Im just now experiencing this issue as of right this moment didnt start till i hit my 100.000 gamerscore now my whole list is gone and i left with a window telling me to go play games to get started earning them. Im very concerned as i religiously do my microsoft rewards and if this affects my reqards im gonna be really upset.

    I got an inbox message 24 hours ago from gamer-tag "Mister Cazador" stating that You took a closer look in this and were afraid it was determined that I did not meet the requirements for the January Xbox Game Pass Quest and you were not able to provide a
    code?

    I have messaged him back to say that I disagree with this and this is not correct. If you check my achievement list I clearly have played the required "DIRT" game for over 10 hours?

    Please can this be looked into ASAP as I have been waiting a long time for a response on this one.

    No one looking into this now. I have told you several times I qualified for this and I keep being told I did not and now im being ignored. Service has gone downhill from Microsoft over the last few months, I don't know why!!
