    I am not happy at all my daughter plays a game on Roblox Xbox one now for nearly 2 weeks she can not get on game it’s giving her a black screen it’s only on her main Xbox gamer tag it happens she tried another account made another Roblox link and that work fine Ive done everything possible to sort this out and it wont work any advice because I cannot get online chat with anyone

    I agree with TNUC, sounds like a faulty DVD drive.

    If your console is still under warranty, they should fix it for free.

    It sounds like you are having the same problem as I had with my Elite console. Where the disc drive for whatever reason is going faulty, have you phoned customer support?

    Xbox not playing games...

    try resetting your router and modem to see if that works. If that doesn't work then try clearing your console's cache by going to settings, storage, hdd,press y button, select clear cache then restart your console. hopefully this will resolve your issue.

    There are some Xbox games available through the 360 marketplace or you can purchase them on disc through a game store. It just depends on what games you're looking for.
