Xbox game play test server help?

The dashboard latency test is meaningless. It has nothing to do with your gaming experience. You will not be playing games connected to the latency test server.

The Xbox does not control your latency. Latency is purely determined by the location of the game server you are connecting to, and the route it takes to get there.

Try to play on servers in your own region if you are worried about latency.

The latency test you are doing in the Xbox Settings is just for testing, which connects and performs a ping test with the Microsoft Store servers in the US. That latency isn't the same that you should see/have while playing, but if you have a bad experience while playing (especially FIFA 22), which would most likely connect you to players in Europe, then it would be necessary to check with EA, given that the game servers are EA's servers.
