•Restart your Xbox console and try launching the game again.

•Check for any available updates for the game and install them.
To check for game updates on your Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X console, follow these steps:

1. From the Home menu, navigate to the game you want to check for updates. If you can’t find your game, select the “My games & apps” option from the Home menu.
   
2. With the game highlighted, press the Menu button (the small button with three horizontal lines) on your controller.
   
3. In the small pop-up menu for the game, select “Manage game and add-ons.”

Joseph, can you help me? I purchased PGA Tour 2K23 for XBOX One.

I then bought a Xbox Series X console. Can my game be upgraded to Series X so I can play it on the new console with better graphics etc. Thanks.
