    Cant download ANY content, but can buy subscription !!

    Chat didnt help... phone support escalated,didnt see anything wrong,

    waiting game to hear from them...

    last "gold pass charge" was 2/4/14, last "purchase" was 01-30-14,

    Bought gold pass this morn... posted to Visa already . ..

    hi i have the cod AW xbox one and it comes with the game and season pass the game installed but now is trying to charge me for the season pass keep on mind i had it on this xbox before but i just did a factory reset and now i have to pay for everything this

    Xbox game pass ultimate

    I did buy xbox game pass after buying xbox gold and i did this before the expiry of earlier subscription. But i haven't been charged for xbox live gold but do charged for game pass ultimate.

    The $1 charge is only for the first month. Once it's time for you to renew, you'll be charged the regular price. If you already have gold (and game pass) it will converted to the ultimate subscription. The Ultimate Game Pass includes gold, Xbox Game Pass,
    and PC Game Pass. The upside is that you only have 1 subscription for all 3.

    You have to buy the "PC Game Pass". NOT the "Xbox game pass".
