Xbox Game Pass works partially. It doesn’t show I have it, but I can download the games....

So i got the xbox game pass ultimate but the person i am game sharing doesn’t have it i downloaded gears 5 and it does’t show up on his xbox

I didn’t get any error message, the code worked and the on screen message said to head to my games to download but it doesn’t show in my games and apps.

It let me download it from the game pass area and said I owned it but it’s the standard edition and not the Premium Edition.

I have game pass too and at first started playing horizon 5 on cloud gaming, I had the 42 cars that came with the car pass but later when I decided to actually download the game it says I no longer have access to the cars and have to buy it, I already checked the “manage games and downloads” it doesn’t even show it as downloadable and yes I still have game pass ultimate just checked what’s weird is that in the game the cars still show up in my garage I just can’t drive them. Is this a glitch ? Thanks

I also want to add that I just installed it on my older Xbox One and I’m having the exact same problem there too.

I also just downloaded the demo and it’s not working either.

I downloaded another Game Pass game to see if it would work and it works fine. It seems to only be Disneyland Adventures that doesn’t work.
