Xbox game pass won't launch any games. Please, help.

Make sure your PC meets the minimum system requirements for the game you're trying to play. You can find the system requirements on the game's store page.

Restart your PC and try launching the game again.

Check for updates for Windows, Xbox app, and the game. If updates are available, download and install them.

Sign out of the Xbox app and sign in again. Sometimes signing out and back in can resolve issues with the app.

Please do the steps below to sort out the issue.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ...

Select Settings.

Select System and then select Storage.

Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.

Select Yes and restart the console.

If you are using an Xbox 360 console, do the steps below instead.

Go to settings and select System.

Select Storage.

Note If you don’t connect any external storage devices to your console, select Hard Drive. If you do use external storage, select All Devices.



Select Profiles.

Select the Xbox profile that you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select one of the following:

Delete Profile Only – This deletes the Xbox profile but leaves saved games and achievements.





1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

2. Select Storage or Memory.

3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. ...

4. Select Clear System Cache.

5. When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

Restart the console.

Select Download Profile.
