    Xbox Game Pass upgrade to Ultimate price error


    I have the xbox game pass and it said I should be able to upgrade to ultimate for 1$.

    When its time to pay its 16.99$ ( I cancelled)

    And now when I check the page for xbox game pass ultimate its said 16.99$.

    I never have the 1$ deal.

    What should I do? (contact microsoft?)

    $14.99 is the monthly price for Game Pass Ultimate. Did you upgrade to Ultimate anytime over the past year?

    Why does gamepass console not let me play online games!and then when I upgrade to ultimate I get charged again for the month! 8.99 and then 12.99!

    Game Pass console does not include Core which is needed for online multiplayer. Game Pass Ultimate does. If you already have Game Pass for console and upgrade to Ultimate, what you have remaining will be converted to Ultimate so you do have to pay the full price to upgrade.

    here is the conversion rate at the moment:

    Upgrade Gold, go Ultimate

    After you join the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate plan, you can continue to redeem Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass codes. These codes will automatically convert to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at a ratio based on the ERP (Estimated Retail Price)
    of those codes.

    So I have to pay full for price the Game pass, then pay full price for the ultimate as well?
