    Xbox Game Pass - Unable to launch Mortal Kombat X


    Hey guys,

    I've downloaded MK X from the catalog of games available for Game Pass subscribers, but the game doesn't launch. Are there any ongoing issues with MK currently?

    Some details:

    - In dashboard game icon display as MK X, but the title is MK XL.

    - My Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active (just few days as purchased).

    - Logged in to Xbox Live.

    - Other games (e.g. Forza) run OK.

    - Restarting console did not help.

    Don't really want to reinstall it, as I downloaded the 40Gb+ on mobile network (no alternative).

    Any ideas?

    Games will not launch

    I just got the xbox game pass and every game is working just fine accept for Mortal Kombat XL. When i try to launch the game it starts to launch and shows the mortal kombat logo with the game pass symbol in the bottom right then fails and sends me back
    to the home screen. Anyone know a solution?

    As I have checked, Mortal Kombat X and Mortal Kombal XL are not on the Xbox Game Pass library, as of the moment it's only Mortal Kombal 11. For your reference, you can check this link:

    As an additional help, I checked where we can get both games and Mortal Kombat X and Mortal Kombat XL are not available on Microsoft Store, it is on Steam.

    If I didn't already have it, id have got game pass for mortal kombat X and some other side games. I do enjoy playing some of the other games but mortal kombat is the best addition on my catalogue.
