    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate


    Hi there, I have a problem, which the phone and chat support were unable to solve, hopefully I get some help or orientation here.

    I went to Gamescom in Cologne on the 23rd August this year. On that day the Xbox booth gave some goodies away, tshirts, buttons, etc. I also got some Ultimate Passes and grabbed a few which were thrown into the visitors. So I got 4 6 Months codes. Happy
    as I was put them in my bag, brought them home, to activate them when I have time (they do have a best before date.)

    Yesterday I took them out of my bag, cleared the field to get to the code and typed it in.

    First code: already activated - ok, another one

    Second code: already activated

    third code: already activated

    My GF sat next to me when I cleared the fields, we doublechecked the codes, but nope, everything correct.

    I contacted the support by phone and chat - they told me that the codes were activated on the 7th and 9th of september, which wasn't done by me, as I cleared the codes just yesterday.

    They told me that I need a prove that I just cleared them, otherwise they can't do anything for me.

    As I looked into Facebook, I saw atleast one different person to face the same issue, but did not see the solution here.

    My question is:

    1. What can I do to get new codes?

    2. How is it possible to get to the codes without having the cards?!

    I currently feel tricked and left alone with this... like, they gave out a huge amount of these codes, but in the end they just threw trash at me.. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate :(

    If you subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate, your remaining Xbox Live converts into Game Pass Ultimate days. If the Game Pass Ultimate has run out you can either carry on with Game Pass Ultimate, or buy Xbox Live on its own. If you cancel Game Pass Ultimate
    you lose any pre paid Xbox Live time.

    you have $1 discount xbox game pass ultimate too,

    so you will get 1 year (gold) + 1 year (game pass) + 1 month (ultimate)

    = 25 months xbox game pass ultimate

    If you are already a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber, then any Gold codes you redeem will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate. If you are not an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscriber, then no, the Gold codes should not convert to Game Pass Ultimate.

    No. If you purchase just Xbox Game Pass, then you would need Xbox Game Pass Core (new name for Xbox Live Gold) to play online multiplayer. If you purchase Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, then it would cancel your Xbox Live and convert it to Game Pass Ultimate and add it on to your Game Pass Ultimate. Any remaining time will convert to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time at a ratio of 3:2 and be rounded up to the next full day. For example, 90 days remaining of Xbox Game Pass Core or PC Game Pass will convert to 60 days of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time.
