    Xbox game pass ultimate - subscription problem


    I have an active 'xbox game pass ultimate' subscription until 04/08/2021 and unfortunately I cannot install any new games from the XBOX application (on a computer with windows 10). I get a message that there is no active subscription. I reinstalled the XBOX application, ran WSReset, performed the powershell operations described on the website (https://support.xbox.com/pl-pl/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/troubleshoot-games-windows-10), restarted the computer - it didn't do anything.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. When you have an active Ultimate game pass subscription, any code redeemed converts to Ultimate subscription. In this case 12 months of Xbox live gold convert to 4 months of Ultimate game pass. The ultimate game pass subscription
