    Xbox game pass ultimate shows a lower price but does not allow me to get it for that price


    Under the membership category of the store menu it shows the xbox game pass ultimate as $1.00 (see included picture) but when I go to buy it it shows it as regular price is there any way I can fix this and still get it for a dollar?

    I'm afraid that is just a general advert that everyone gets. If you have previously had an ultimate offer you cannot get another.

    That promo price is for new subscribers only. If you have had GPU in the past, you can no longer get that price. :/

    Have you had Ultimate before? The promotion is only for new subscribers. If you've already used it, you won't be able to take part in that promo.

    For me it's a good idea, but the price need to be lower. With an Xbox Game Pass subscriptions, it's the best way to access gaming.
