    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Renewal Not Working With SBI Mastercard


    I had a subscription to xbox game pass ultimate for nearly a year. Last year xbox offered 8 months' worth of Xbox game pass ultimate subscription as they were changing their policies and payment methods( I guess). That ended today and was showing a due payment for that subscription so I tried to pay for the renewal using a saved Mastercard but it did not work. Since then I have tried many times but it showed cant make payment although I have sufficient balance and everything. Then I removed the card and tried to enter it again but now whenever I enter all the details it is highlighting the Cardholder's Name box and saying that the details of the card do not match the card though all the details are correct and the card is valid. Are SBI Mastercard debit cards no longer accepted? How can I solve this issue?

    Yeah, I did contact microsoft support and they tried to resolve it but it did not work so after that they said they would review it and send me an email. I would let you know if it gets fixed.

    I checked everything and even tried a different card it is still showing the same error message 'Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card.' whenever I try to add the payment method.

    You will need to call customer support and/or your credit card company. No one here has access to your account or anything to do with money. Only they can see exactly why/how your input is being rejected.
