    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Recurring Payment


    Hi I am . I bought an Xbox Game Pass in the past time and did not cancel it while my subscription was still on. But now I want to cancel. I reviewed the support articles. But I was faced with a problem like this. I go into the Manage tab but
    can't see things like Cancel or Upgrade and Cancel. So nothing like no. I checked the Xbox app but didn't see a cancellation there. If you have any thoughts or information about this, feel free to mention it.

    i accidently got the console gamepass when i meant to get gamepass ultimate so i changed it and got ultimate, am i being charged for both?

    You would be charged for both, but your standard Game Pass would have been converted to Ultimate. You won't have any further recurring payments for the standard Game Pass subscription.

    Yes to the first question. Game Pass Ultimate is Live + Game Pass.

    You would pay again when the extra converted time ends. For example, I had Live until January 2022, then converted that time to Game Pass Ultimate. My next payment would be then.

    Also, you can turn off recurring payments whenever you like.

    Hi There,

    When you got Game Pass Ultimate you converted your existing Game Pass at a 1:1 ratio so that means you got Game Pass Ultimate for 220 days, same as if you had the original Game Pass. However after the period of 220 days, Game Pass Ultimate will renew same
    as usual so you will have to cancel the recurring payments and just get your regular Game Pass back.
