    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Promotional Offers not been received by email.


    I bought the £1 XB GPU on Monday 2nd December and I am yet to receive any information on where the spotift premium and discord codes are. I am aware that the EA access is XB exclusive and I'm on PC. I have a 360 but im sure thats too out of date for the
    Game Pass. I have searched the forums and contact support can only suggest calling and I prefer email. It's been 10 days already as someone has suggested and it will be 10 business days tomorrow. My friend also said it's 10 days so I'm concerned if it will
    ever arrive.

    I assume that the person is pc only(excluding the 360) so has no access to the xbox one dash.

    If its 10 business days from the 2nd(excluding weekends and holidays) you'll probs receive it on the 10th day, which would actually by my count be the 16th(monday)again though, bearing in mind the time differences between uk and us as well, so could be Monday
    evening or Tuesday morning.

    If not, then try contacting support.

    As an Existing GamePass subscriber, my offer appeared on my Xbox dashboard home screen. I have also seen it on the GamePass screen as an advert tile as well. It is worth checking the Xbox and scrolling through the sections as I am sure you get to scan a
    QR code/ enter weblink to redeem.

    Hello friend, I had to click on a tile on my dashboard to signup for the spotify and discord promotion after getting the gamepass subscription. Check and see if there is a tile on your home screen dashboard to allow you to signup from the promotion.
