So, i have to ask since i'm still waiting on it. Is there still no way for PC user to reclaim their promo code for Discord Nitro, spotify and EA Access ? I've contacted the support last week and they told me i would get an Email. But it's getting a bit
long and i still don't have any news.

These promo codes, in almost all cases, only work for new subscribers regardless of whether you only had Ultimate or Game Pass PC. What you can do is try to use the code on another account.

Just to clarify there are 3 services on Xbox...

Xbox Live Gold: give you access to online multiplayer, Games With Gold, discounts and other promos.

Xbox Game Pass (console): Give you access to a catalog of 100+ games that you can play and discounts for those games.

The third one is:

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate: that give you all the benefits of Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass (console) plus give you access to Xbox Game Pass (Pc)

So, the best option is Xbox Game Pass Ultimate!

You are not forced to use ultimate. If you wanted to go back to Xbox Live Gold you needed first to cancel the ultimate subscription, and then insert the code. For all users, with xbox game pass ultimate active, when you submit a xbox live/xbox game pass
for console/ xbox game pass for pc codes it will automatically convert in xbox game pass ultimate months using the established ratio.

I purchased the $1 deal on my XBOX, and I have game pass, but i was wondering how do i get spotify. Do I get sent a code that I have to redeem, or what? Also, how long will it take if it is something like that?

Actually, you will get the promo code or link via email or Xbox Message center within 10 business days and I know this promo is only valid for new subscriber of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 1$ promo.

On the other hand, you may contact Xbox support at https://support.xbox.com/ in order to check your eligibility for the promo accurately.

Well thanks anyway. Wait and see i guess. let's hope PC-only subscribers will get at least news one day. I get bad flashback at the launch of the service where i had to wait two whole month before the update managed to make the service working for me.
All of it without news, and now it's almost the same. But at least i can use the Pass that's that i guess ?
