Voil je rencontre un problème depuis hier soir , quand je me suis connecté sur Forza Horizon 4 je ne pouvais pas jouer en ligne , le jeu me disait qu'il faut un abonnement Xbox live pour pouvoir jouer .

Hors dans mes abonnements le Xbox game pass Ultimate est bien en statut "Abonné"

Dans mes alertes j'ai remarqué un message "L'abonnement est suspendu : récupérez le dès aujourd'hui ! " Et en cliquant sur ce message je suis redirigé sur l'assistant Xbox il y a la catégorie abonnements puis un triange côté de Game
pass Ultimate , quand je vais sur l'onglet il est noté :

État : rien signaler.

Lors de vos prochain paiement, le montant débité passera de 12,99€ 12,99€ . Cela est probablement dû l'expiration d'une période d'évaluation ou la fin d'une remise .

Prochain débit : 17/10/2019

Montant : 12,99€

Hors nous sommes le 29/10/2019 et mon compte a bel et bien été débité.

En fin de compte la console fait comme si je n'étais pas abonné car je ne peux pas téléchargerai les jeux dipo' en game pass ni jouer en ligne .

Et quand je veux souscrire au Game pass Ultimate, un message d'erreur apparaît en me disant de réessayer plus **** .

J'ai deja essayé les techniques de débrancher la console plusieurs minutes pour vider le cache etc.. rien y fait .
