Su PC manca il concetto di "XBOX home" che è quello che gestisce la condivisione di acquisti e abbonamenti digitali per cui non è possibile fare la stessa cosa. Anche in caso di account presenti nello stesso nucleo famigliare (inteso
come famiglia a livello di account Microsoft), è comunque l'intestatario dell'abbonamento a dover effettuare download ed installazione del gioco con il suo account su PC perché altri account della famiglia possano poi accedervi.

Nel tuo caso specifico in effetti confermo che se sei solo tu ad usare il game pass su PC, è meglio che l'ultimate sia intestato al tuo account.
