Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks not working

Discus and support Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks not working in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Every time I try to redeem any perk it gives me this error.     Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks not working


    Every time I try to redeem any perk it gives me this error. [PC Xbox App]

    And on [Mobile], I can't redeem as well as it wants me to go on the PC or Xbox App

    Solutions I have tried:

    - Restarting devices

    - VPN's

    - Router Restart

    - Different Computers

    - Checked the subscription and it says I am subscribed on ultimate until December 18th.

    Does PSO2 perks for Xbox pass holder upgrade to Xbox pass Ultimate given seperately?

    The version for Ultimate is the same as regular Game Pass. Ultimate is just a way of bundling subscriptions. It doesn't effect how Game Pass/perks work.

    Strange, try downloading the Xbox Game Pass app on your mobile, log in with the same account that has the ultimate game pass, and try to access the perks through it, see if that works, please.

    Perks are only available for Ultimate. So if it's not Game Pass Ultimate, you won't get access to perks.
