    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perks not applying to account


    I've been experiencing issues with my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. The perks associated with it, such as certain in-game bonuses and partner offers, are not being applied to my account. Despite verifying that my subscription status is active and up to date, I still do not receive any of the advertised perks. I've tried restarting my console and logging out and back in, but nothing seems to resolve the problem. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and are there any solutions or troubleshooting steps that might help? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

    Just to confirm, you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription on your account? If so, since you just subscribed to it, please wait for at least 24 to 48 hours for the system to show you available perks on your account.

    Please note that as per their terms "number and content of Perks vary by region, platform, and over time, and must be redeemed by stated timeframe. Age restrictions apply."

    Hi Patrick!

    When was the last time you were able to see and claim game pass perks using your account?

    Be sure to check your account subscription on https://account.microsoft.com/services if it's currently active and if you have the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

    Try checking your perks as well using the Xbox app on mobile or Xbox app on Windows if you're able to see your perks there.

    Note: Number and content of Perks vary by region, platform, and over time, and must be redeemed by stated timeframe. Age restrictions apply.

    As part of our troubleshooting, can you please try to check your perks from the Xbox app on mobile? You may download it from here.

    If you will receive the same error message or results using the mobile app, I would recommend that you contact Xbox support for your profile to be checked further. You may follow these steps:

    Go to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Choose the item from the drop-down menu that best addresses your issue.
