Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perks not appearing on my console

Hello everyone,

I've been having an issue with my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription recently. The perks that are supposed to be included with my subscription aren't showing up on my console. I've made sure that my subscription is active and everything seems to be in order on that front, but for some reason, I can't see or access any of the perks.

I've tried restarting my console and even uninstalling and reinstalling the Game Pass app, but nothing has worked. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on what I might try to fix it?

Hi. I have tried using different devices and networks and still have the same issue. According to the advert this perk is available in the UK and appears on my perks page via my ultimate game pass. All other perks on the page works.

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

Please try to claim perks from the Xbox app for smartphones, you can do this by logging into the app and going to the "Game Pass" tab on the bottom right.

There you will find the section of perks you can obtain.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your perks. Where are you trying to access your perks: Console, Mobile or PC?

Make sure your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership is active. Perks are an added benefit for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members. If you need to, upgrade your existing Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass subscriptions by joining Ultimate. Go to:

Xbox Game Pass

On the PC

To browse current Perks on your PC, head to the Game Pass tab of your Xbox app for Windows, then click on Perks

On a mobile device

Download the Xbox Game Pass app on your mobile phone (if you haven't already)
Once you're signed in, click on your profile at the bottom
The perks will be under your profile and Rewards balance. Click Show all

On an Xbox console

Press the Xbox button then click My games & apps > See all > Apps
Select Xbox Game Pass
Click on Perks

I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with Game Pass for PC.

I’m not sure what advantages you are talking about. Which Game Pass Ultimate Perks are you trying to download where you receive this error?

To redeem your perks, you must enter the code on your console or PC app you cannot redeem them via mobile.
