Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perks not appearing in my account

Hello everyone,

I hope someone can help me with an issue I'm facing. I recently subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but I've noticed that the perks that are supposed to come with the subscription are not appearing in my account. I've tried logging out and logging back in, but nothing seems to work.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, how did you resolve it? Is there a specific setting I might be missing, or would it be best to contact support directly? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi. I have tried using different devices and networks and still have the same issue. According to the advert this perk is available in the UK and appears on my perks page via my ultimate game pass. All other perks on the page works.

Oh i forgot, so i am a parent and under my account since i don't have any restrictions then it does allow it but I'm unable to do it on my childs account. To be clear the gift is available on both accounts separately

I'm honestly not sure because to my knowledge there hasn't been a "perk" for Forza Horizon 4 from Game Pass Ultimate.

Please check for Xbox updates. Go to Settings > System > Updates > Update console.

And then check your subscription status. Kindly verify that your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active and in good standing. Go to https://account.microsoft.com>; Services and subscription.

What device are you trying to view perks on?

Have you checked if the same thing happens with the different apps?

You can try from the PC or smartphone app as well.

Additionally, check that the subscription appears active in your account from here:
