Xbox Game Pass Ultime 3 aylık 5,90TL adlı paket satın alımını gerçekleştirdim. Sonrasında biraz göz gezdirdim ve içinde bulunan oyunların cihazıma uygun olmadığını farkettim. İade talebinde bulundum ve para hesabınıza gönderildi dendi. Ancak hala ödememi
geri alamadım. Game pass paketine erişimim de kesildi ama ortada 5,90TL yok. Ne yapabilirim?

If the refund was issued and listed on your ms account then its on the way to the bank

Now since you are not in thr US you will have to wait till your bank proccesses your transaction which can take upto 30days unless you use paypal then 90days

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with receiving a refund to your account. You can respond to the Refund Confirmation email you received from an agent, your response will go straight to an agent who can assist you.
