Öncelikle merhabalar. Sorunum şu şekilde;

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 3 aylık 5,90TL'adlı paketi satın aldım. Ancak bu paketteki oyunların konsol için olduğunu farkedince iade talebinde bulundum. Aynı gün hatta aynı saat içerisinde iademi gerçekleştirmeme rağmen ve iade talebinin kabul görmesine rağmen
kartıma ücretim hala gelmedi. Şu anda böyle bir pakete sahip de değilim. Kartımdan da para kesildi. Nasıl paramı geri alabilirim?

If the refund was issued and listed on your ms account then its on the way to the bank

Now since you are not in thr US you will have to wait till your bank proccesses your transaction which can take upto 30days unless you use paypal then 90days

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with receiving a refund to your account. You can respond to the Refund Confirmation email you received from an agent, your response will go straight to an agent who can assist you.
