Thanks for coming to the forums. As Njal stated, anytime you sign up for a subscription auto renew is on. This is even true for Netflix and many other subscriptions from anywhere. We recommend if you do not use it, then

cancel out the subscription completely. You can request a call from support to see if they are able to assist you.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

If you signed up for the Game Pass Ultimate offer, you signed up for a subscription services. As a subscription services, it auto renews payment on the pre set day, montly/yearly etc. If you do not wish for a service to continue, you need to login here https://account.microsoft.com/services
and turn off the auto renew, otherwise you will continue to be billed at the specified date.
