    This is going to be a long one...

    So I recently got Game Pass Ultimate so I could play Forza Horizon 5 when it comes out tommorow, I was preinstalling it on my PC with the Windows 10 Xbox App, when it dissapeared... I left the PC because I felt like it would download by itself, but it was taking quite the while. So I went and searched for a way to figure out a way to make the download speed faster on my PC, it was going at 2mbps at the time I normally get 30mbps on my Xbox One S. My PC is also connected via Ethernet. Weird Right?

    Anyhow, I searched up on the internet and this is the first thing I stumbled on, it was a reply in a form, can't find the link now.

    It told me to go to services and then go down the 'Xbox Live Auth Manager', 'Xbox Live Game Save', 'Xbox Live Networking Service' (shown below)

    So I paused the pre-installation andit told me to turn all three from Manual to Automatic, and this was the big mistake.

    Immediately after reloading the App, the pre-installation of Forza Horizon 5 dissapeared. There was absolutely no trace of it, I checked the FH5 game page and it only gave me the option to preinstall.

    I immediately reverted all three back to manual

    However the 100~ GB file was still in my C: Drive.

    I used Space Sniffer to see what it was and low and behold it was there, a big 102GB file named MSIXVC, which was created when I started my pre-installation, as I found out, it was quote: 'MSIXVC is the new format used by Microsoft to install programs and games that are downloaded from the Microsoft store itself.' This was and is definitely the problem.

    I searched up MSIXVC and how to get rid of it, but I soon realised that if I deleted the file, things would get a whole lot worse.

    I tried pre-installing FH5 again, and well, after 'Preparing' the download it just stopped again. I attempted to do it two times, and both ended up with the same conclusion.

    I can't find Forza Horizon 5 anywhere relating to it being installed and I can't see the file except when I use Space Sniffer, the question is what do I do now, I can't install it, I can't find it and I can't delete it.

    Please help me...

    I have game pass ultimate and when I was trying to decide which game pass to get I ended up getting ultimate instead of pc because it included more games that pc didn't have. For example Forza horizon 5 was only included with ultimate and not with pc. Hope this answers your question.

    That's not exactly true. Forza Horizon 5 is included in both PC Game Pass and Ultimate. Ultimate is just a bundled subscription of Game Pass for console, PC Game Pass, and Gold. It doesn't change what is included with Game Pass for console or Game Pass for PC. It also wouldn't have any affect on Fall Guys since that is not part of Game Pass at all.

    Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate edition is not included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Only the Standard edition is available from the Xbox Game Pass for Console and PC that comes with subscribing to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. You can see from the

    Forza Horizon 4 product page on the Microsoft Store     that the Standard edition is included with Game Pass and the other more expensive editions are discounted with Game Pass, but not included.

    Subscribing to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will give you early access to Gears of War 5 Ultimate Edition 4 days before release but that is the only Ultimate edition content you'll get with the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as of right now.

    Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

    And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.
