    Xbox game pass ultimate on PC - can't get perks


    I wanna get some perks from the 'perks' tab in Xbox app on PC, but when I click "get the code" (don't know exactly how is it in english, I've got windows set in another language) I get an error saying that there was a problem with sending information abut a perk and to try again later. I'm trying to do it for 4 days now, I guess just waiting isn't helping.

    I tried resetting microsoft store, uninstalled and installed xbox apps, checked for windows updates but nothing seems to work.

    Nope, if you want to get Xbox and PC Game pass the best option is subscribe to Game pass ultimate, which includes both Xbox and PC game pass and other rewards like EA Play, Live Gold, perks just to give you an example

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your perks. Where are you trying to access your perks: Console, Mobile or PC?

    Make sure your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership is active. Perks are an added benefit for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members. If you need to, upgrade your existing Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass subscriptions by joining Ultimate. Go to:

    Xbox Game Pass

    On the PC

    To browse current Perks on your PC, head to the Game Pass tab of your Xbox app for Windows, then click on Perks

    On a mobile device

    1. Download the Xbox Game Pass app on your mobile phone (if you haven't already)
    2. Once you're signed in, click on your profile at the bottom
    3. The perks will be under your profile and Rewards balance. Click Show all
    On an Xbox console

    1. Press the Xbox button then click My games & apps > See all > Apps
    2. Select Xbox Game Pass
    3. Click on Perks

    I’m not sure what advantages you are talking about. Which Game Pass Ultimate Perks are you trying to download where you receive this error?

    To redeem your perks, you must enter the code on your console or PC app you cannot redeem them via mobile.

    Game Pass Ultimate includes PC Game Pass so as long as you're using the same account, you'd already have it on the PC so there's nothing to transfer.

    You can cancel it and just get PC Game Pass if you want. Game Pass Ultimate also includes cloud gaming and Perks (codes for some in-game items/apps), but you won't lose anything else by getting just standard Game Pass.

    Perks are only available for Ultimate. So if it's not Game Pass Ultimate, you won't get access to perks.
