    Hi,

    I have an issue with my game pass ultimate subscription, it works totally fine on my Xbox One however it doesn't seem to register that I have ultimate on my PC at all.

    Earlier last year I had "Xbox Game Pass for PC" and it worked fine, playing AOE 2 and 3 and also State of decay fine.

    It's a bit of a disappointment that having paid for ultimate I am only able to access it on my Xbox and not PC (Which is my primary gaming machine)

    I have attached screenshots of my "services and subscriptions" page on the Microsoft website and also the associated Gamertag within the Xbox PC app.

    Additionally, I have tried to fix the issue by following other threads found online, these steps were:

    • Logging out and back into account on the Microsoft Store and Xbox PC App.
    • Reinstalling the Xbox PC App

    However, neither has fixed the issue and "Join game pass" is still showing when trying to play a game.

    TLDR: Gamepass ultimate games showing "Join gamepass" on Xbox PC App, tried logging out and reinstalling to no avail, had "Xbox game pass for PC" last year and it worked fine.

    I have an xbox ultimate subscription and its not letting me play on my xbox console

    In addition to the above, just confirm that you definitely purchased Game Pass Ultimate (which gives access to GP on both platforms) and not Game Pass for PC (which just gives PC access)

    How can I unlock the game pass quests from having a padlock on them?

    I have had the same issue ever since I renewed Game Pass Ultimate last week.

    • Everything works except Game Pass Quests on phone app and console
    • Game Pass Ultimate subscriber bonus points arent available on Xbox app
    • Xbox app on PC shows I am currently subscribed to Game Pass PC plan even though I am subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate plan and it shows correctly on microsoft account page.

    So you have "Ultimate" right below your gamertag on the Xbox app, right?

    May I know if you have any other Microsoft account that you could have signed into the Microsoft store or the Xbox app recently?
    yes ultimate is directly under my gamer tag and i only have one account on pc 2 on console but ive never used the 2nd account on pc and on the game pass page where it says see all plans it has pc games pass which says join and directly under that is games pass ultimate and says manage

    Keep in mind that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes Xbox Live Gold, Game Pass Console and Game Pass PC. So when your GP Ultimate subscription renews, that will keep you playing online. You'll be fine as long as that subscription payment goes through without

    Please, log out the Microsoft store app and the Xbox app, after this restart the PC and log back in both apps, you have to log in the Microsoft store app with the account that has the subscription active

    If this doesn't work please confirm tht you still have Game pass for Pc or Ultimate active

    You must also confirm that this games are available on game pass here, as every month some games leaves the library of game pass
