    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate not recognizing my subscription


    Hi everyone,

    I'm encountering an issue with my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Despite having an active subscription, my console is not recognizing it, and as a result, I'm unable to access any of the Game Pass features. I've tried restarting the console and checking my network connection, but the problem persists.

    I've also confirmed that the subscription is active under my Microsoft account online. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions on how to fix this issue?

    Gamepass Ultimate on pc

    Hi I'm an Xbox ambassador, not employed by Xbox or Microsoft.

    From my own personal experience I have learned that an ultimate subscription works differently on PC compared to Xbox. I'm not sure if you both are paying for ultimate but on PC only the account paying for the subscription gets to use the subscription. For example if I am paying for a ultimate subscription and have two accounts only the account paying for the subscription will be recognized as being a Game pass Ultimate Subscriber, the second account will just be seen as a regular user without a subscription.

    Multiple problems with Xbox Game Pass on PC and you, Xbox Team.

    I am having the exact same issue! Just renewed and upgraded to XBox Game Pass Ultimate, the phone app works fine, hell I can even use Cloud play. But on my PC, the XBox App doe not recognize my Game Pass subscription. I hope we will be reimbursed for the
    lost time once the issue is fixed.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. When you have an active Ultimate game pass subscription, any code redeemed converts to Ultimate subscription. In this case 12 months of Xbox live gold convert to 4 months of Ultimate game pass. The ultimate game pass subscription
    is three subscriptions in one, Xbox live gold, Game pass for console, and Game pass for PC. Here is the
