Xbox Game Pass Ultimate not recognized on console after renewal

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues activating your Xbox Ultimate from your rewards. To isolate your case, please login to this link using your Microsoft account where you purchased the Game Pass and see if it will show as an active subscription.

If you can see that your Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active, go back on your console and kindly logout from your Xbox by pressing the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in. Once signed in, check back on your subscription.

If you don't see the game pass on your account at all even after receiving a confirmation, kindly contact Microsoft support for your account to be checked further. You may use these steps as your guide:

1-Access the Microsoft contact us at this link.

2-Click on Windows and then click on "Get Home support"

3-Write a brief description of your request or issue in the box then click the "Get Help" button.

4-Click on the "Contact Support" button located at the bottom of the page. If you are not logged in, you will see "Sign in to Contact Support". Log in to your Microsoft account.

5-Select your Product or Service. Choose a Category then click Confirm

6-Lastly, choose a support option

If you had an existing Gold subscription on your account and you took advantage of the Game Pass Ultimate offer, all those months of Gold were converted to Game Pass Ultimate, which includes Game Pass console, Game Pass PC and Xbox Live Gold. If you turn
off auto-renew, your GP Ultimate subscription ends at the end of the purchased period (your remaining months of Gold - now converted to GP Ultimate - plus the three months of Ultimate), taking with it all three of those services. If you wish to renew just
Xbox Live Gold, you can do so after the subscription ends.

Keep in mind that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes Xbox Live Gold, Game Pass Console and Game Pass PC. So when your GP Ultimate subscription renews, that will keep you playing online. You'll be fine as long as that subscription payment goes through without
issue.

Will it convert to two months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate renewal date is currently Oct. 20, 2024.

I am having the exact same issue! Just renewed and upgraded to XBox Game Pass Ultimate, the phone app works fine, hell I can even use Cloud play. But on my PC, the XBox App doe not recognize my Game Pass subscription. I hope we will be reimbursed for the
lost time once the issue is fixed.
