    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate not applying to account despite renewal


    Hello everyone,

    I'm encountering an issue where my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription doesn't seem to be applying to my account, even though I've recently renewed it. I've double-checked my subscription status, and it shows as active in my order history. However, when I try to access Game Pass Ultimate features on my console, I'm prompted to subscribe again.

    I've already attempted to restart my console and sign out and back into my account, but the problem persists. Is there anyone who has faced a similar issue or has suggestions on how to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    When you join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, we will apply any prepaid time you have on Xbox Live Gold and/or Xbox Game Pass toward Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, up to a maximum of 36 months.

    For example, if you have 3 months of Xbox Live Gold and 3 months of Xbox Game Pass already on your account when you purchase your first month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you will have a total of 7 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on your account before you
    need to renew your membership.

    Yip it is totally possible, so when you upgrade to gamepass or ultimate the balance of your gold sub will be ported over too.

    So for example:

    The one month would have been added onto the remaining gold you already had left. You would not have been billed again until September.

    I believe you can cancel your ultimate once you use all the converted time, then resume by renewing your live gold.
