    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Games Doesn't Work On Pc

    I have a problem with the Game Pass Ultimate. I have purchased it on Xbox and I want to play on PC, too, but unfortunately, I cannot launch all of the games of the Game Pass Ultimate.



    For instance, I tried to launch The Outer Worlds. I installed it on my external HDD. At the end of the installation, an error was given: 0x8007001f (I checked it on the internet but I didn't find any good solution). The whole game is installed on my
    external HDD, but it's in a private folder that I cannot modify nor check its properties (WindowsApps). In the Xbox (Beta) app, there is an option to install the game. Whenever I click on it, it starts download the game, but as it is already downloaded, nothing
    happens but got the same option again (install). In Microsoft Store I am able to install it, too, but after the download there is no button that launches the game. I checked for the list of the games that available in the Game Pass Ultimate and I realized
    that not all of the games work on my device. In the attached screenshot (in the red rectangle) it writes that "The The Outer Worlds doesn't work on this device".



    The system has the requirements for this game and for many others, too. I have already checked for Windows updates, too. I run the Xbox (Beta) app as administrator.

    I would like to know if getting xbox live core for a 12 month subscription will be able to put onto my pc. (I don't have an xbox just a pc)

    Game Pass Core would pretty much be useless on a PC. It's primarily to allow you to play games online, which is not required for that on PC. Core doesn't have as many games included with it as PC Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate and only a few of those might work on PC.

    If I buy Ultimate on my pc will it also work for Xbox?

    Game Pass Ultimate contains Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, EA Play (XBOX & PC), Cloud Gaming, and Xbox Live Gold. So yes, it will work on Xbox and PC.

    Game Pass Ultimate for PC

    Game Pass Ultimate doesn't have a separate PC or console version. Only the standard version of Game Pass does. Game Pass Ultimate includes both Game Pass for PC and console as well as a Gold subscription.

    If you already have EA Play (or standard Game Pass/Gold), it'll be converted to Ultimate as well.

    Ultimate is just a bundled subscription of Gold, Game Pass for console, and Game Pass for PC. It doesn't change what games are available on Game Pass. Doom Eternal is available with Game Pass for PC.

    If you're signed into the same account, then you're still using Game Pass Ultimate. Game Pass Utlimate is just a bundled subscription of Game Pass for console, PC Game Pass, and Gold. It doesn't change what games are available with Game Pass. So on the PC, you would still have access to the same Game Pass games with Ultimate or standard PC Game Pass.
