    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate - Family Sharing on a Family's PC


    Hi everyone, I believe this is a topic (or rather issue) that a lot of parents have with their children Xbox Live accounts.

    First off, I would like to congratulate Microsoft for:

    1. Create this good value subscription called Xbox Game Pass (Ultimate) - (Sony isn't even close)
    2. Giving Parents the possibility to add their children's Microsoft and Xbox Account to a family group and being able to remotely view/control gaming hours/behaviour, gaming messaging system, friends lists of their children. As of know I do not know any other company which offers anything alike (again Sony isn't even close)
    3. Making sharing Game Pass Ultimate with your family on your Xbox easy (similar to Sony).
    So what do I have to complain/argue?

    I have a PC that I am sharing with my children and I want them to use THEIR Microsoft Account / Xbox Live ID to play their games while using MY Xbox Game Pass Subscription!

    (Same thing that happens on the Xbox Console, just for the PC.)

    How do I achieve that my children can use my Game Pass Subscription on the PC with their own accounts?

    There are wild descriptions on the internet on how to achieve that.

    I could not find anything on the Microsoft / Xbox website.

    Other forums suggest to purchase a Game Pass Subscription for each child (which I certainly will not do).

    Yes, it is actually a feature available right now! On Xbox One, go to Settings>Account>Family Settings>Manage Family Members and add all of your loved ones! The same can be performed on PC through your settings.

    This feature will share Gold and Game Pass so if you ever by chance have Game Pass Ultimate and you have a capable gaming PC as well, you can play any game that supports cross play between Xbox and PC such as Sea of Thieves with family and friends.
