xbox game pass ultimate : cant start game

i have game pass ultimate since some days

on my PC, running W10, I downloaded gears 5, and when I launch it, I have a popup: Windows can't find 'C:'Program Files-windowsapps', Microsoft.HalifaxBaseGame_1.1.109.0_x64_8we......'

tried to restart the PC, uninstall-reinstall (3x), store reset, game reset, game repair, ...

same problem with Dishonored 2

for a first experience, it's very bad

Try check if your user have Administrator permission to write in this Folder, I Suggest you if you have Administrator Permission, make a report of this bug

Darksiders III : same [Mod Remove-Profanity]

it looks like I threw my money out the window

Games with issue are those who ask for admin rights to install, and they are fully installed

after taking ownership on WindowsApps folder, i can see the file windows can't find

I am the only user, and administrator of my PC.

The game is well installed, the available space having decreased after installation

I have the ultimate game pass. I cant get past the start up screen... it crashes when i press A to play. Ive rebooted my xbox, reset it, deleted my account, and unistalled then reinstalled the game
