    Xbox game pass ultimate - cannot redeem gifts


    I have purchased Xbox game pass ultimate, and stopped the recurring bill. Now even though I see the button to claim the gift, after pressing it, when I go to Store, I don't get the Spotify Premium or EA Access or Discord Nitro. Can anybody guide me to what
    I need to do to claim those?

    No code for Game Pass (console/pc/ultimate) is automatically redeemed to your account. Microsoft and Xbox gift cards from Rewards are added to your account automatically, but game pass is not.

    Note: Only Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers receive a Nitro subscription. At this point in time, there isn't a way for PC only Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers to claim the Nitro gift.

    Actually it is possible. Only redeeming Xbox gift cards are directly deposited into your account. If you redeem Game Pass Ultimate, you will be emailed a code and you can give him the code.
