    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Broken?


    Hey there,

    For the past couple of days now I have been unable for my PC or Xbox to recognise my Xbox ultimate subscription.

    EA Games works fine so not a credit card issue and Microsoft subscriptions show it as active and paid for.

    This is the first time it has swapped over to the Ultimate and canned the Gold and PC variations. Seems like an issue with the subscription service not flicking over correctly.

    Any help would be much appreciated as I cannot see anything bar the issue on the 23rd October and then nothing more about it. Would like to check out the new games and make sure I am getting what I paid for!

    Their Is a way to share Xbox game pass and games with pc.

    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes PC Game Pass (Beta) so any game in the PC Game Pass library can be installed on your Win 10 PC if you have purchased Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    you can even play Forza Horizon 4 on your PC while someone else plays it, on their profile, on your Xbox One (as long as your Xbox is set as your Home Xbox).

    it was in all the advertising and press releases (and a good job for you that it was, as if this truly was a glitch or exploit, your post would have broken the forum rules)

    Try logging out of your account and logging back in.

    If this does not work, try deleting your profile and then adding it again.

    Your profile and your saved games are backed up in the cloud if you have an active Xbox Live subscription.

    If this still does not work I suggest you contact support. I suggest using the live chat option to chat directly to an agent.

    If you subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate, your remaining Xbox Live converts into Game Pass Ultimate days. If the Game Pass Ultimate has run out you can either carry on with Game Pass Ultimate, or buy Xbox Live on its own. If you cancel Game Pass Ultimate
    you lose any pre paid Xbox Live time.
