I'm adding a new card from a different jurisdiction and I have made the default billing address to match my new card but keeps going to old address when trying to buy Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Billing

To change a card you need to ensure you dont have any subscriptions with auto renew activated. Then to delete a billing address first you need to remove the card associated to that address. And then if you dont have any money in yours Microsoft wallet
you can delete the address and a new one. For better access you should use
Microsoft Account Management website.

Yes, that is not an issue. You can logon an game with your Game Pass Ultimate subscription on both devices.

To clarify, do you already have a Microsoft/Xbox account associated with your work email address? Is there any specific error code/message when trying to join Game Pass Ultimate?

Same issue. Tried different payment methods, updating my billing address, replacing the payment method, nothing works. I already have an active Ultimate Game Pass sub, but it won't let me gift.
